Full refund window
Cancel up to 7 calendar days before a course starts and we'll refund 100% of the course fee. Email info@sydneyrobotics.com.au with your booking reference.

Late cancellations
Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not refundable in cash. We'll issue a credit equal to the unused portion of your fee, applicable against any course in the next 12 months.

Missed lessons
Term courses don't pro-rata for individual missed sessions. Where possible we offer make-up sessions in another cohort at the same level.

Medical exceptions
On presentation of a medical certificate, we'll refund any unused portion of the course fee at any point during the term, less administration costs.

SRA-cancelled courses
If we cancel a course (low enrolment, instructor unavailable, force majeure) we'll refund 100% of the fee, no questions asked, within five business days.

Competition program fees
The yearly competition program is non-refundable after the season starts. Talk to us before enrolling - we'll help you decide if it's the right fit.
